Maintenance instruction

•Check whether the diesel fuel in the tank is sufficient: the fuel tank should always be sufficient, not less than 50% ofthe tank volume.

•Check whether the water in the cooling water tank is sufficient: the water shortage in the tank should be replenished intime.

•Check the battery condition: observe whether the shell is cracked or concave, and whether the positive or negativeterminal is loose or slpping.

•Appearance of clean diesel water pump and accessories: dlean the fuselage, cylinder head, and other surface oil,water and dust with dry cloth or diesel cloth.

•Inspection after long operation: check the mufler and exhaust pipe to remove the carbon to prevent the spark.

Matters needing attention:
1.If there is any small fault of the pump, please remember not to let it work. If the pump shaft after the packing wear to add timely, if continue to use the pump will leak. The direct effect of this is that the motor energy consumption will increase and then damage the impeller.
2.If the water pump has a strong vibration in the process of use, it must stop at this time to check the reason, otherwise it will also cause damage to the water pump.
3.When the pump bottom valve leakage, some people will use dry soil into the pump inlet pipe, water to the valve, such a practice is not desirable.Because when the dry soil is put into the water inlet pipe when the pump starts to work, the dry soil will enter the pump, then it will damage the pump impeller and bearing, so as to shorten the service life of the pump.When the bottom valve leakage must be taken to repair, if it is serious then it needs to be replaced.
4.After the use of the water pump must pay attention to maintenance, such as when the pump is used up to put the water in the pump clean, it is best to remove the water pipe and then rinse with clean water.
5.Remove the tape from the pump, rinse it with water and dry it in the light. Do not leave the tape in a dark, damp place.The pump tape must not be stained with oil, more do not paint on the tape with some sticky things.
